All customers are required to agree to the following policy terms.
Tour Cancellations:
Full Refund for Early Tour Cancellations:
Registrants must cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date to be eligible for a full refund.
Late Tour Cancellations:
Cancellations made within the 7 days leading up to the scheduled tour date are not eligible for a cash refund. A one-time tour reschedule can be made, but it must occur within 3 months from the original tour date.
Failure to attend the rescheduled tour within the 3-month period results in the forfeiture of all tour fees.
Exceptions on Holiday Weekends for tours:
Cancellations received 24 hours before a Holiday Weekend do not qualify for a one-time reschedule.
All tour fees are forfeited by the registrant on Holiday Weekends due to limited seating and high demand.
Group Tour Bookings:
Groups must provide a 14-day notice prior to the scheduled tour for cancellations. Any unused reserved seats in group bookings will incur charges at the full booking rate.
Class Cancellations:
Class Rescheduling and Fees:
No Refunds All Sales Final.
Additionally, there are no refunds or exchanges for the class educational materials.
A 7-day notice is required for class cancellations, and a $50 reschedule fee will apply.
If a student begins a class but is unable to complete it, a rescheduling fee of $125 per person will be applied for participation in another future class.
In the event that you are unable to start the paid class due to health reasons, any remaining balance may be transferred to another person.

Merchandise Purchases:
No Refunds All Sales Final.
Items, particularly those with no packaging like wetsuits, are non-refundable.
Size exchanges are allowed for items in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt, as long as the items are unused and the purchase was made within the last seven days.
Rental Equipment:
No Refunds All Sales Final.
No refunds for unused rental equipment.
Scuba Certification Requirement:
Scuba certification must be presented at the time of request for diving services, including but not limited to tours, advanced classes, air fills, scuba diving gear rentals, tank hydrostatic tests, visual inspections, and regulator work.
Parking Fees:
A fee of $5 per vehicle is assessed by the private marina in Crystal River. Additionally, Rainbow River charges $20 per diver and $7 per snorkeler for parking and facility use.
Reservation Changes:
We reserve the right to cancel a sale or modify the terms of our agreement. Additionally, we retain the right to make Reservation Changes, and customers will receive notifications via email or phone call.
